Quick answers for watching BASH TV
How do I watch the event?
Go to the event page on WatchBASHTV.com, click Watch / Play, and the Vimeo player will load right on the page (no extra apps needed).
What devices can I watch on?
- iPhone / Android
- Mac / PC (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
- Smart TVs (via AirPlay / Chromecast)
- iPad / tablets
The video won’t play — what should I do first?
Try this order:
- Refresh the page
- Turn off VPN / ad-blockers
- Try another browser (Chrome is usually best)
- Restart your device
- Switch Wi-Fi ↔ cellular to test your connection
I see a black screen or endless loading.
Most common causes are weak Wi-Fi, VPN/ad-blockers, or browser privacy settings blocking cross-site content.
If it’s a live event, the stream may not have started yet. Try disabling VPN, using Chrome, and refreshing.
What internet speed do I need?
- Minimum: ~10 Mbps down
- Recommended: 25+ Mbps down for smooth HD
Can I AirPlay or Chromecast?
Yes, if your device supports it:
- AirPlay: iPhone/iPad → Apple TV
- Chromecast: Android/Chrome → Chromecast/TV
Why does the quality look blurry?
Vimeo auto-adjusts quality based on your connection. If your internet dips, it may temporarily drop resolution.
Try pausing for 5–10 seconds, then press play again, or move closer to the router.
Can I rewind, pause, or restart the live stream?
It depends on the event setup. Some live broadcasts allow DVR controls (rewind/pause), others are live-only.
If enabled, you’ll see a timeline you can scrub.
Is the event available after it ends?
If BASH TV offers a replay, it will appear on the same event page (or a replay page) after processing.
Some events are live-only due to rights.
I paid but I’m locked out — what now?
Most lockouts happen from being logged into the wrong email/account, opening the link in a different browser/device,
or cached page data. Try logging out/in, refreshing, then using the original purchase email link again.
Why am I getting “video unavailable” or “private”?
This usually means the video is restricted (privacy/domain settings), your access level doesn’t match, or the event hasn’t gone live yet.
If it’s close to start time and still shows unavailable, contact support.
How do I contact support?
Use the Support / Contact button on the site and include:
- the email you used
- the event name
- a screenshot of the issue
- device + browser (example: iPhone, Safari)
